Conveyance

1st Page = $25.00**                                                        Certified Copy = $5.50 with copy provided.

            Each Additional = $8.00                                 Marginal Notations = $5.00                         

            Each Name Over Four = $2.00                    

 

Non-form Fee (Maps, Plats, Etc.)

            Letter or legal = $8.00 per page

            Ledger (11x17) = $15.00 per page

            Large Paper = $25.00 per page

 

Note: Paper size no larger than legal with margins set at 2” top and bottom for first page and 1” for each additional page.

 

These fees will include the following types of documents:

 

Cash Deed, Cemetery Deed, Donation, Quitclaim Deed, Warranty Deed, Permit, Co-Lessor Agreement, Amend Lease, Assign OG&ML, Timber Deed, Royalty Deed, Mineral Deed, Sheriff Tax Sale, Power of Attorney, Immobilization, Redemption Deed, Tax Sale, Power of Attorney Insurance Bondsmen, Rental, Memorandum of Lease, Release of OG&ML, and Right-of-way.

 

**Exception Charges include the following:

 

Sale and Vendor Lien = $50.00 1st Page + $8.00 each additional

Credit Sale = $50.00 1st Page + $8.00 each additional

LA State Lease with Rider = $150.00

Sale with Assumption Mortgage = $50.00 1st Page + $8.00 each additional

OG&ML – 1 Page Front & Back = $45.00 + $8.00 per attachment

OG&ML – 2 Page Front & Back = $55.00 + $8.00 per attachment

LA State Agency Lease (with Conventional Rider) = $150.00

            Dation En Paiement (with Note) = $50.00


Faxed and Copied Documents

 

All faxed copies are $6.00 for the 1st page and $2.00 for each additional.

Personnel made copies = $2.00 

Public made copies = $1.00 

DocuNet Subscriber copies if printed off-site = $0.50

Certified copies = $5.50 with copy provided.

 

Miscellaneous Documents
