Employee Sec. Tax Lien,
Assignment Mortgage, Notary Bond, Home Equity, Judgment, IRS Tax Lien,
Department of Revenue Lien, Acceptance, Request for Notice, Correction to Mortgage, No Work Affidavit,
Multiple Indebtedness, Fannie
Mae/Freddie M, and Multiple Indebtedness Mortgage.
**Exception Charges include
the following:
FHA Form 2-91 = $50.00 + $8.00 per attachment
FHA Form 4271LA = $40.00 + $8.00 per attachment
FHA VDR Lien = $65.00 + $8.00 per attachment

names, exhibits, descriptions, etc. are included. This could escalate the
price considerably depending on what is found. If you are ordering a
general, you may want to call first and speak with the mortgage department
